Acne/pimple treatment?

I'm 15 and I have a mild case of acne and pimples,it's not that bad but i'd rather have a clear face.I've tried Proactiv but after months of using it and seeing no result i stopped using it and my acne got worse...i would like to know of any good treatments that i can buy for my acne.....stuff that i can get in Walmart and places like that.Acne/pimple treatment?
The treatments are all the same at the drugstore. It's either salycilic acid or benzyol peroxide in those creams. If you go to the Doctor he can give you a different cream or antibiotics.Acne/pimple treatment?
I never “pop” pimples unless they have a white head. This is hard to even type about. ANYWAYS, this has always helped me: Day and night, STEAM your face for 10 minutes, wash with an appropriate soap, and use an astringent. Try to use the same product line and remember, if you’re a teen, quit stressing and be yourself. Hope this helps.
screw all that stuff. just wash your face with barsoap when you take a shower, and pop the zits (only when it doesn't hurt), using a squeezing motion on a kleenex, and dont let the drainage stay on your face.

You can also Try University Medical's AcneFree Kit, or you can choose Neutrogena's Advanced Solutions Complete Acne Therapy System, or L'Oreal's Special Care Acne Response System. Those are some of the primary ones out there. For spot treatment, you can try ByeBye Blemish. (For overnight treatment with this, though, you might want to consider putting a quality band-aid over the mark to prevent the treatment from coming off. This stuff really works when it stays on.) Continue to use the Proactiv....but wash your face with Ice-Cold water....It will tighten those pores....and clear up your face....(Actually put ICE into a bucket of water)
i know its gonna sound stupid but eat raisins. My brother in law is 14 and he had really bad acne. he started to eat raisins every day and it all cleared out
i use Zapzyt from walgreens. i dont like the smell of it though but it works.

My sister used this stuff called Panoxyl. It's really good for acne/pimles. You put it on in the night time and the next day your pimples are gone/fading away. I know this sounds wierd but try putting perfume on them. It'll sting but it kills them from the roots.
I have researched a lot on this subject. The best I have come up with is a home remedy from Care2.com. I will send you a link there are a couple great recipes that I have tried that work really well.

A friends son had very bad acne. He found out that his loving dog would lick the acne area and it cleared it up completely. He took to smearing bacon grease on the acne, and his dog would just lick and lick his acne skin. There may be some compound in the dogs saliva that can heal those sores. The 'treatment' would work for a week or so. The dog was a Weimeraner.
A mild case of pimples where? What type of acne (blackheads, whiteheads, pustules)? I think a dermatologist would be a better way to suggest products, make an appointment to see one. That being said, I do know a face wash called Cetaphil that works well. Neutrogena has a acne solution kit that sells for 24 dollars, you could give that a shot.

Tea tree oil. It works for everything from cleaning to acne to head lice. Go buy pure tea tree oil put about 2 cups of warm water in a cup and put 10-15 drops of pure tea-tree oil in the mixture. Dip a face cloth in the cup and wach your face with it. Dont put pure tea tree oil on your face. It will only open them up and give you sores it really burns the skin, but it works.
Good old Soap and Water does the trick but you may also try.... Masks ,there is also pills you can take
