For some reason I sometimes get these zits on my cheek or forehead and it's really annoying, what is the best acne spot treatment that I can get at a local drug store?Best acne spot treatment?

Dap rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and rub into the affected area morning %26amp; night on a daily basis. This will help the oily area were these zits grows. The last solution for acne is Laser treatment.

Idk about that but i do have a tip. I used to use clean and clear but it makes my skin dry and irritated and never got rid of anything. I woke up the next morning avtually with MORE!!!
