Acne laser treatment in the UK?

I'm a 20 year old female (nearly 21) and I used to get the occasional spots as a teenager but nothing as bad as the last couple of years. And now they have left scarring so I am considering laser treatment.

Also, I do wash every day etc. etc. so you don't need to tell me that, but I still get spots so I was hoping laser treatment would work.

What I would like to know is, can you get this treatment on the NHS? If you can't then how much is it? I'm willing to pay but obviously I'd prefer if it was free. It's really affecting my self confidence and I'd love to be able to go out without having to wear make up to cover up red blotches :o(

Thanks in advance xxAcne laser treatment in the UK?
